Content that is offensive, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or unlawful may be removed without notice.

All platform content, including logos, branding, designs, software, text, graphics, and functionality, is the property of Let's Play Nepal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Let's Play Nepal acts solely as a booking platform connecting users with venue owners.

We are not responsible for:

• Injuries occurring at sports venues.
• Property damage or personal loss.
• Venue closures or operational issues.
• Disputes between users and venue owners.
• Events beyond reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
